Living healthy tips to live happy, live longer

Purple ball

You have a choice to make. Either strive to live a more healthy life, based on these living healthy tips... or not. The “or not” part is up in the air as to what consequences you face. Undoubtedly, healthy choices hugely reduce your chances of getting cancer or some other major disease. It does matter what decisions you make about what you eat, whether you smoke or use tobacco, exposing yourself to certain carcinogens. That's why we've put together these living healthy tips. But, there are no guarantees, no matter how smart you are in your choices. The idea in adhering to some of these living healthy tips is to improve your chances of living cancer free.... for life.

If you currently live a dicey lifestyle...drinking too much, smoking, working too many hours, depriving yourself of sufficient rest, staying out too late too often, refuse to exercise at least to some degree or eating poorly, these living healthy tips are for you. It's up to you, of course, how you live. But what about your family, the ones who will ultimately take care of you if your health fails due to bad habits? Just something to think about. We've listed some living healthy tips below that you can adopt if you want to live not just healthier but, hopefully, happier and longer. We hope you will really consider these living healthy tips and select some of them to integrate into your daily life.

If you are young,...in our household, that's under 50 (our household, our rules!)... you may think you are invincible. Or perhaps you tell yourself you'll change to a more healthy lifestyle next year (or next month or after “the holidays” or whatever). Boy, have we've been down that road! Today is the day to make those changes. Remember, the damage you do to your body is often cumulative...the more you abuse yourself, the better your chances of getting cancer. Or some other disease. In some areas, your body can recover from over-indulging in bad habits occasionally. But you know, if you've read any of this website, you are really taking major chances with your health and therefore, possibly with your life. Change does not have to be painful and you don't have to do everything we discuss on this site. Do some of the very important ones, starting by clicking here for a list of healthy foods and the benefits you can get by putting these in your daily diet.

Didn't everyone's grandmother say if you have your health, you have everything? Listen to Granny!

Remember: living healthy tips - below - just for you! Look 'em over.

One last thing. It's not just about what goes into your body. It's also about what goes on in your head. What's the point of eating and living healthy if you are a mental mess? So take care of your emotional health, too.
